How long does a website take?
A landing page can be ready in days. A business website usually takes a few weeks, and an e-commerce store or custom portal longer, depending on features and how quickly content is ready.
Which platforms do you work with?
WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Joomla, Drupal, CodeIgniter, Laravel, Core PHP and custom builds. We recommend the platform that fits your goals and budget.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. We build on easy-to-use content management systems and show you how to update text, images, pages and products.
Do you provide hosting?
No, we don't provide hosting. We help you choose a good hosting provider and set everything up on your own account, so you stay in full control.
Are your packages fixed or can they be customised?
Both. Our packages have clear fixed prices, and any package can be tailored or replaced with a custom quote.
SEO & marketing
How soon will SEO show results?
Most SEO work starts showing movement in 3 to 4 months, with results building over time. Paid ads can bring enquiries within days.
Is ad spend included in your PPC fee?
No. Our fee covers strategy, setup and management. The ad budget is paid directly to Google, Meta or other platforms from your own account.
What will your reports show?
Leads, cost per lead, conversions, rankings and traffic, with notes on what we changed and what we will do next.

What can an AI chatbot do for my business?

Pricing & payments
How do payments work?
Projects usually start with an advance, with the balance paid against milestones or before go-live. Monthly services are billed in advance each month.
Are taxes included?
Prices exclude applicable taxes such as GST, which are added to the invoice.
Who owns the website and code?
You do. Once the project is fully paid, the final deliverables belong to you.
White-label
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. Through our white-label service, agencies and consultants use us as their own team, and we deliver under their brand.
Will my clients know you are involved?
No. We sign an NDA, never show white-label work in our portfolio and never contact your clients unless you ask us to.
Support & security
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a support period, and our maintenance plans cover updates, backups, fixes and content changes after that.
